I ordered this guitar for my daughter; she has an electric already and was interested in an acoustic. The order shipped on time and was packaged well. She really loved the carvings; she said it looked and felt really good. All was well until about two weeks later and it seems the high E cut or fractured the nut and was now flat on the fretboard. I contacted the seller and got a quick response from Amy. I provided her some pictures my daughter sent for reference (I have not been able to see it and only know the problem from texts).
I ordered this before spending a ton of money on a Yamaha or Gibson. To learn, I actually loved the guitar had a great sound my son who plays was actually surprised a guitar from Amazon had such a good sound. However I was busy for a month or so n didn’t touch set in corner if bedroom. Finally got time pulled out an the bar holding bottom strings on was pulling away and about to come off. Barely had a year. But here’s the best part. Emailed the company and they are in process of sending me a new one. Not the exact same but close n maybe a better version. I will keep updated if I don’t get it. Awesome would definitely buy again just for the customer service.
