This is a great player. The picture and sound quality are superb. I gave the "User Interface" only 3 stars, because: The unit only comes with a Basic Owner's manual, which is VERY limited.
4+ years of use update: ZERO issues playing DVD, Blu-ray & 4k discs. Have not had to do anything but push the power button and insert the disc & play. Amazing picture quality. NO freezing or glitches like my previous Sony players
