This product is absolutely trash. Constantly debug crashes and then all together the wifi adapter built into the pc stopped working. Tech support is zero help but give them a call for a voicemail. Im giving this a 5 star so everyone can see how absolutely trash this pc is. Do Not buy this pc
After booting up the computer, I noticed the Processor is in fact a I7 but what they don't tell you is it's a 4th gen meaning it's about 10 years old. This may not be an issue for some games but alot of the newer games. The last of use can use up to 16 cores/threads but the CPU that was shipped only has 8 cores/threads. If they gave the information on the Processor on the selling page, this would deter that issue as you wouldn't buy it expecting a CPU that's within 2-3 years. I feel they don't give information as people that buy it probably don't know what their buying after receiving it keep it thinking it's a up to date gaming computer.
