The Amazon Kindle Charger works perfectly with my Kindle. It charges quickly and consistently, and I’ve had no issues with connectivity or slow charging. The compact design makes it easy to take on trips or use at home, and the cable is long enough to reach comfortably from an outlet. I also appreciate that it’s an official Amazon product, so it feels safe and reliable compared to third-party chargers.
This charging dock is very easy to set up and use. My new kindle fits effortlessly into the slot and it appears to be charging just as fast as advertised. It would be a nice feature to have the LED indicator change color or something when charging is complete. My old Kindle had a LED that changed from amber to green when the battery got above a certain percent charge. I like that it has a smaller footprint than the wireless chargers that require a device to lie down flat. I haven't had any trouble getting it to line up properly so I can't comment on the blinking light issue. It might have to do with the kind of case people are using. The instructions say the case can't be thicker than 4mm.
