Battery source & wiring — a standard car battery may not be ideal for long or heavy loads; correct wiring and connection via battery clamps is recommended.

Inverter worked flawlessly even in a bonded system. Almost a year later it suddenly went into a fault state. Called Customer Service and supplied them with all requested info. Recieved the replacement unit within one week. Outstanding.
I haven't run it up to the rated 2000W yet, mostly because I don't have enough battery behind it to supply what it needs to get there. But it's worked fine at 1100W, so it will run a crock pot, coffeemaker or tiny grill (panini maker). It will run any reasonable amount of lighting, and some power tools.
