Native Resolution vs 4K Support — The projector’s native resolution is 1080p (Full HD). 4K support refers to its ability to accept 4K input (e.g. from a 4K video or streaming stick), but that input will be downscaled to 1080p for projection.
Brightness & Ambient Light Sensitivity — While the projector claims a high-lumen figure (some listings reference 10,000 L or higher-labeled brightness levels) and a contrast ratio around 10000:1, real-world use reviews note that in brighter rooms or with ambient light the image can be dim or washed out.
Display Size & Projection Distance / Zoom & Screen Size Versatility — It supports a wide range of projection sizes (from modest to very large, up to ~300″), with a zoom function to adjust size without moving the projector.
Connectivity & Device Compatibility — With HDMI, USB (and sometimes VGA/AV), plus WiFi and Bluetooth, the projector offers flexibility: you can connect streaming sticks, consoles, laptops or phones; or stream/cast wirelessly.
Audio Quality vs External Audio Need — Built-in dual stereo speakers provide basic sound — enough for casual use or small-room movie nights.
f you expect Ultra-HD-level detail, especially on large screens (200–300″), you may be disappointed — clarity, sharpness, or fine detail will be limited by the 1080p resolution. For typical movie watching, streamed content, or casual usage — especially at moderate screen sizes — 1080p may still be adequate. But if you want crisp, large-screen cinematic quality (like a high-end home theater), the limitation becomes more noticeable.
These factors represent the most critical aspects that will impact your satisfaction with this product.
Works better than expected. Very clear and so easy to assemble.
third projector I’ve purchased. First two other brand. Neither one would work correctly. Got this one. Read reviews. Some seemed to have a problem with power cord staying intact. I encountered this problem the first 2 times I used it, but after that, it stays in fine. Contacted the company because I couldn’t get this one to work in IOS mode. I am able to hook up a laptop with it and it works great. As far as my iPad or phone, well, I purchased a $7/8 hdmi adapter and it works great.
